argh and San Antonio

Argh because I can't find my Lorna Login. Please excuse the confusing pseudonym

And San Antonio rocked!

It was a one day event, held at the Alamodome.

One round of regular riding. One 15 rider short go.

All of our boys but Cord McCoy rode in round one. None of them did very well in the short go. Justin looked good though, and so did Mike White and Chris Shivers, who just make this girl a happy redneck. We stayed for autographs. (Squeak)

Tyler Smith (who is from Fruita CO, 20 minutes from where I lived for 10 years) won the event, with Mike Lee a close second.

And hey, we got to sit in Hooters afterward and watch some of the boys ;) It was a fab trip.

Justin, Chris, Mike and McKennon

Man, there have been some thrills and spills, some familiar faces in the winner's circle and some familiar faces that are still recovering.

Chris Shivers needs to let that leg heal and we keep praying for Mike White to get one injury-free season. Last week we cried for McKennon and that poor ankle and man, didn't the bullfighters go flying?

Justin is still on top and we're rooting away.

Lorna and I have tickets to the PBR in San Antonio in May and we're taking our hats. Maybe we'll get a signature or four.
