Comal County Fair, Paolo Crimber and Tater Retirement Announcement

Lorna and I wandered over to New Braunfels and watched the Discovery event.

Things of note - Corey Navarre stands like a bullrider - Uhn. You can tell the ones that are BFT Tour guys. They're special. Bonner Bolton is still too damned pretty to be real. Jared Farley got dissed by the announcer (and he's a babydoll) and guys? It's Nick Landreneau. Lan-dre-neau. This isn't hard to pronounce. Trust me.

Also, damn it was hot.

Paolo was looking better on the Fox broadcast than the Versus one - although, I admit, Fox's coverage makes me a little blind with rage. Less fluff pieces and more honest-to-god bullriding, please? I loved listening to the Brazilians, but I wanted to see more butts on bulls.

Still, it was good to see Mr. Crimber looking whole and to see him dance with Flint. I approved.

Tater got himself hurt but good - it broke my heart. All my favorite guys are walking the retirement line.

Oh, and JW? No tossing yourself off any buildings, damn it.
